In the case of credit card fraud the following policy apply's to the information provided to us. FRAUD POLICYWARNING: We report Credit Card Fraud. If any order submitted to our site or given to us directly is fraudulent or suspected to be fraudulent all user information will be turned over to the fraud investigations of the credit card company and to any law enforcement agency's that would be involved in the investigation of the fraud. That includes stolen credit card numbers or family member's using the card without permission from the cardholder. We also report credit card fraud to the users ISP and email provider. Which will result in loss of internet service and email accounts. |
